Our experienced instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of Muay Thai, gradually building your skills and confidence. If you have previous martial arts or combat sports experience, you'll find our classes challenging and adaptable to your skill level.

How long is this class?

Each Adult Muay Thai class typically runs for 60 to 90 minutes. This duration allows for a comprehensive session including warm-up, technique training, partner drills, conditioning, and cool-down. The length of the class ensures you get a full-body workout while having ample time to learn and practice Muay Thai techniques.

What should I bring to the Adult Muay Thai class?

For your first Adult Muay Thai class, we recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable workout clothes

  • A water bottle

  • A small towel Hand wraps (available for purchase at our facility if you don't have them)

We provide all necessary equipment for beginners, including gloves and pads. As you progress, you may want to invest in your own pair of boxing gloves and shin guards.

What should I wear to the Adult Muay Thai class?

For Adult Muay Thai classes, wear comfortable, breathable athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Suitable attire includes:

  • Athletic shorts or yoga pants

  • A fitted t-shirt or athletic top
