Our Kids Muay Thai classes are designed for children aged 6 to 15. We tailor our teaching methods and activities to suit different age groups within this range, ensuring that each child receives age-appropriate instruction and challenges.
Yes, our Kids Muay Thai classes prioritize safety above all else. We've adapted traditional Muay Thai techniques to be kid-friendly, focusing on controlled movements, proper form, and non-contact drills. Our experienced instructors are trained to create a safe, supportive environment where children can learn and have fun without risk of injury.

No prior experience is necessary. Our Kids Muay Thai classes welcome beginners and children of all skill levels. We start with the basics and gradually progress, ensuring that every child can learn at their own pace.
Children should wear comfortable, breathable athletic clothing such as: T-shirt or athletic top Athletic shorts or leggings No shoes (Muay Thai is practiced barefoot) Please ensure long hair is tied back. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
Our Kids Muay Thai classes typically run for 45 to 60 minutes. This duration allows for a fun, engaging session that includes warm-up, technique practice, fitness activities, and cool-down, all tailored to maintain children's interest and energy levels.
No, our Kids Muay Thai classes do not involve full-contact sparring. We focus on technique training, partner drills with pads, and controlled practice. Any partner work is closely supervised and emphasizes control and respect. Full-contact sparring is only introduced at advanced levels and with parental consent.
